Why do I have trouble connected to certain webpages using personal hotspot?

When I connect my computer to the Internet using my iPhone 6 as a personal hotspot, I cannot connect to certain webpages. In IE, it says I'm not connected to the Internet and with Chrome, it says The Webpage is not available. Any ideas why this is happening and what I can do to fix it?

Thanks for reaching out wordswoman! Are you able to get to the website on other devices not using the Hotspot? Have you tried clearing the cache and history on both devices?
