Buy one used.
You would need to buy from a 3rd party, perhaps a used site like Swappa, Glyde, or Gazelle. There are no discounts, but if you really want a new phone you can begin a Device Payment Plan if out of contract and the phone that broke was already paid for in full with no balance owed. You might have to change you plan to do so though, depending on what plan you are on now. I suggest buying a used unit at half-price or more.
