I would just like to say that I am so disappointed in how Verizon has became a company of getting as many customers as fast as possible OVER taking care of the customers that have loyalty. I have been with Verizon since they took over Air touch here in Colorado and I had nothing but positive remarks for VZ but lately its horrible. I call and ask questions and basically am told "sorry we can't help you" or "there's nothing we can do". Its insane if you ask me.
In all reality, all I want to do is see about getting an upgrade and I was unable to call this weekend for the IPhone 6s promotion because we had a funeral to deal with and when I call now to ask about it all I'm told is "yea that was over yesterday and there's no current promotions and those codes are gone, we can't help you". REALLY?!?!? Things come up and when I called last night, VZ was closed - so how was I suppose to take advantage when your closed or we had a death in the family. Again, another reason Verizon has lost touch with their customers and really don't care about the loyalty anymore. But that's fine ... I guess I'll have to find loyalty somewhere else. If they don't care (when I'm paying them), why should I care about giving them my hard earned money.
