On the road today, trying to access maps, my phone said it couldn't connect to wifi and give me directions. Why didn't it go to cellular data like it used to? Did i unknowingly change a setting?
Any help would be appreciated.

Yuba City should have great coverage. Try turning fully off and on like I posted in your other post.
