Ever since the last upgrade I can't add contacts to my phone. Why? When I go to the help section of Verizon wireless it says go to the people app. I do not have a people app.
Sure you do, it is called "Contacts" now.
As noted earlier, the update changed the People app to Contacts; an image is below. Once you open the app, tap the similar-looking blue circle with the plus sign (located in the bottom right-hand corner) and you'll get a pop-up screen for adding a Contact.
