My phone is frozen to the white page with Apple on it. I can't turn it off. Reset anything. If someone calls it will ring but can't answer or do anything. Help??
Hold the home button and power at the same time for 30 seconds(actually shorter but some people count too fast ). It should reset(won't erase user data).
