NFL Mobile and MORE Everything Plan

I recently downloaded the 2015 nfl mobile update and I have the more everything plan with verizon and that gives me live video access to nfl network and live games but when I attempted to access this it said my plan didn't cover it but the more everything

has anyone else had that problem too with their 2015 nfl mobile app and if so what do you do to get the live access? Thank you

As a football fan myself, I know how important it is to get all your games in one convenient place, Ericjhurley. The Preseason NFL Mobile access is different thatn Regular Season or Postseason access. Preseason includes only national games on FOX, ESPN, NBC, CBS and NFL Network. Blackout restrictions may apply to live Preseason games on NFL Network. The $99.99 option mentioned earlier is the NFL Game Pass subscription through the app or through NFL.com that is not a part of the included NFL Mobile benefits and does offer games on demand along with other benefits. yes it is my first time using on this phone windows phone it is a replacement phone

it is a windows phone lumia mokia 928 and I am able to access other features yes but how do I get to access live video content? I have attempted to re install it several times and still the same problem and I have the more everything plan so I should get live access but it says my current plan does not cover it

I also have the same problem. I have the more everything plan, and last season I could watch all games live. Now with updated app it says I need to subscribe. Some games seem to work but not all. Not sure why. Any ideas?

I am having this same problem. I have used the App in the past to watch games even last week but it is now telling me I have to subscribe for $99.99 to watch any game.

I called customer service. They said pre season only get to watch nfl network. But I think they are wrong. I was on the phone for 1 and a half hours. Let me know if you get a different answer.

The only thing that does work is NFL network. nothing at all works. I can't play a replay game or anything. aren't most preseason games national on any channel. why Is the only game that I can watch on the NFL network

I can't get the app to work at all. I have installed the updates, then uninstalled completely, reinstalled, cleared the cache, basically everything i can think of. Once it opened and I was able to watch one preseason game for about 5 minutes, then it had an error and closed automatically. Since that time I again tried to uninstall and reinstall and cannot get the app to open. It goes to the splash screen like it is trying to open then stops and goes back to homescreen. Last week there were updates almost every day, and since then none. This is making me crazy, I previously loved this app and used it alot. Samsung s5, never messed with OS and is up to date.

Same problem. How is Verizon working this issue. I was able to watch games last NFL season; the same screen is popping up as others are seeing asking for a $100 fee.

I am experiencing the same issue using iPhone 6 plus. A couple of weeks ago it worked and was able to watch a preseason game. Now it wants $100 bucks and can't watch anything without a pop up asking me to sign up. What happened Verizon??

And no response from Verizon and the app still isn't working as it should. Still wants you to pay to watch any thing recorded or live. Go figure!! Cmon Verizon get it fixed so your customers can get what you promised.

What is VERIZON supposed to do about it? They don't make the app the NFL does. Those are the people you should be complaining to.
