I just recently joined verizon and I have a droid maxx. I can't send or receive any texts or receive any calls except from my mom who has the same phone. How do I fix this? My number was ported from virgin mobile if that matters.
It took me calling the porting dept. ( 888-844-7095) to get my phone at 100% working, because my Boost phone was still making and receiving calls and texts and using data the next day, but my Verizon phone would receive and send texts and use data, but could only call out, but not receive calls.
I'm in the same predicurment, can't send or recieve voice or text since I got to Ecuador!
I understand the importance of ensuring you have service while out of the country arizbob. Prior to leaving the U.S. did you contact us to set up your account to international use? What make and model phone do you have? Have you already tried to reach out to our International Travel Team at 908-559-4899.
