Is this possible? I really would love to not go into the store at this time.
Everything is there... the backup of my contacts are there... I just dont see a link to transfer to my phone.

You need to download Backup Assistance to the new phone and that will transfer your contacts. If you forgot your pin you can press # or if you didn't authorize for the pin to be sent to you, you'll need to log in to your My Verizon account and have the pin sent to you in an email.
