Where is the Smart Lock feature that was noted to be inculded in the update?

I received and installed the software update but cannot find the Smart Lock option that was noted as an enhancement. Information on the software update issued by Verizon states that Smart Lock can be found under Settings-->Security-->Smart Lock. Followed these steps but no "Smart Lock" option is available.

settings > security > trust agents > turn Smart Lock on

Then once you back out of that screen, you should see Smart Lock below Owner Info.
