Verizon Messages App, with a different SIM

Hey,

I've been using Verizon Messages App on the iPhone in the last year, and I love it because whenever I was abroad, I could buy a local SIM Card and still use the app to send and receive messages on my Verizon number.

I've just switched to the new Nexus 5X, and I activated the Verizon Messages App without a problem.

But, unlike the iPhone, when I switch a SIM card, it automatically signed me out of integrated messaging and I can't use the app to send/receive texts on my Verizon number. Again, on the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s it worked well.

I just want to add, that when I switch the SIM, I already activated Verizon Messages App, but on the Android phone it signs me out and on the iPhone it doesn't.

Do you have a solution for that? Texting on my Verizon number is really important for me.

Do you have the ability to log into the account once again? Where was this phone purchased from?
