Sometimes I do not receive calls

Hello,

A person has told me that they have called me multiple times, but I do not receive the call on my end. I am on an iPhone 6 with Verizon while that person is on an iPhone 6 with AT&T. I was told I'm the only person that they have this problem with. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix for it?

We want you to receive all your calls. When did this issue begin? Have they had issues in the past reaching you? Does this happen everytime they call you or just some times? Are you able to call them without an issue?

Thanks for your response.

This is the third instance where this has happened with the same caller. This issue began some time in May (twice) and once yesterday. I talk to this person on a daily basis (whether they call me or I call them) and have no other issues when calling them.
