How do I copy my contacts from my SIM card to my device?

I had to restore my Kyocera DuraXV phone and before I did that, I copied my entire contact list to my SIM card.  After restoring it, I realized that I couldn't copy the contacts from the SIM card to the phone.  I know there has to be a way...
