How do I set my Droid Turbo to vibrate only?

I just updated the operating system on my Droid Turbo to Android Version 5.1 Lollipop and software version 23.11.38.quark. I can no longer find an easy way to set the phone to vibrate only. Is there a way to set it to vibrate only with only one or two finger taps?

Press the volume down button, then tap the icon that looks like a bell (on the far left).
