Just received a new LG Terra phone. No user guide. How long does it take for initial charge.

With lithium ion batteries, there is no need to do an initial full charge.  Just charge to get the power you need, if it is even needed.  100% charge and full discharge cycles are bad fir lithium ion, keeping it between 20 and 80 percent increases overall life.
