I cant send or receive messages on my LG G3 since the latest update. Trying to prevent a Factory Reset of possible. Please help before this phone Hits the Concrete wall.
Have you tried
powering down,
removing SIM,
wait a min,
reinsert SIM,
power back on?
Or even a cache clear from the storage menu?
I have tried doing all of those things. It just started after the update about 2 hours ago. It even freezes up when I place it on the charger.
If the cache clear didn't help, You might consider a FDR. I don't know why that little tiny update might have messed you up, but it's definitely possible.
