I know other countries started getting their OTA update a few months ago. WHEN IS VERIZON GOING TO SEND OUT THE LOLLIPOP UPDATE FOR HTC ONE MAX IN THE US?

I hope it's soon. After the last updates my HTC One Max is having difficulties connecting both with Bluetooth and wi-fi. Wi-fi is not connecting and Bluetooth is hit and miss. I turn off the wi-fi and it will turn itself back on.
Hoping Lollipop update will help with both.
I now saw on HTC's website that Verizon will not let Lollipop be installed on the HTC One Max even though it has already been pushed in other countries. That's a shame as this is one device I wanted to keep past the contract. Have been having some issues with it after the last update. Now I'll be looking at AT&T when my contract expires. Tired of Verizon having so much control over the devices and not letting us get the latest OS.
