broken charging port cover

the charging port cover on my phone just broke today...idk where it is or when today that it came off. I am wondering if there is a way to get a new one or get it fixed?? its so flimsy. please help? do i need to take it to verizon and can they fix it in store??

Contact Samsung and they should send you a couple. It's only 1 screw that holds it in.

Buzzeswoman2008, those doors certainly are small and easy to misplace when they fall off. While our store locations would not have stock of these covers, the manufacturer absolutely will. Simply dial 888-987-4357 to get that door replaced today.

Hello, both mine and my sons broke... I ordered a kit off of Amazon along with the tool kit for less than $10. My son fixed both of ours within 5 minutes.
