Every time I try to move my router to a different coax plug in a different room it makes the globe sign blink white then go red but the wifi symbol turns white when it goes red. I don't know if this has something to do with my modem having to be in a certain place but I'd really like to move it to a different room. To do so will I need to call verizon, ask a person to come out or is there a way I can do it myself. If there is any other information necessary please ask as I would like help soon thanks
