Suddenly today when i make or receive a call all i hear is loud scratchy sound. Same with speaker on or off. Completely turned off the phone but still doing it. It was fine last night.
try *228 option 2 or soft reset hold power and home until you see apple then release
Bobbiem, that doesn't sound good. Does your device have any physical or liquid damage? Is Bluetooth disabled in Settings>Bluetooth>Bluetooth OFF?
