When I make a call I can't hear the other person or if I receive a call I can't hear them either. iPhone 5s. New. Everything else works fine. Please help! I did use the headphone spot to plug in a tape in the car so I don't know if that would make a difference or not??
There could be a problem with the headphone jack. If you're near an Apple Store stop by for them to check it out. Or you can visit a VZW (I would go with Apple though while it's under warranty).
