I had to reset my windows phone; now Backup Assistant Plus is not working.

I just rest my windows phone since it stopped 'syncing' |-( Now that I have done that, when I try to activate Backup Assistant Plus, I get a message that there's a problem connecting and to try later. I have tried this several times without success. Any recommendations? Thank you.

My recommendation is to NEVER use backup assistant. It's been a problem on every platform I've every tried to use it. You would be much better served setting up OneDrive (free) to back up your phone.

Definitely stay away from VZW Backup Assistant Plus. If you have to use this abomination first update the software first via the Microsoft Store than you should be fine.
