syncing music from voyager to phone.

I just brought this lg voayager and I see you are suppose to be able to sync music from computer to phone, but my computer doesn't recognize my phone. I've downloaded the vcast rhapsody to my computer and i've even looked online and found the driver for my phone. nothing works. i even contacted verizon but they were no help. someone please help me.

Is this with Windows? If so, are you getting any Device Manager Conflicts?

Yes, it's with windows. The only message that I get is that new hardware is found and then another message will say that something failed and that the new hardware might not work properly or something to that.
