Beyond frustrated! Have had poor reception at my home for years. Every 6 months I go and ask my licensed Verizon store what's going on. One year I was told that "Verizon is working on the problem," the next it was,"Verizon is adding more towers." Last week I was told I'm "under the umbrella effect(which I was told I was living too close to a tower.)" If I were to walk up the street I can see TWO cell towers both of which are over a mile away. At home I'm always in extended or 3G network, if I walk the 1000 feet I may pickup 4G. I was under the impression that Verizon had the BEST service in the area. I'm confused on why I should have to spend $200+ for better service (cell phone boosters)since I'm already paying for service that is supposed to be the best in the area!
