I have Homefusion Broadband and when I check my usage total online (the only way to check my usage), it updates the totals every 6 hours. A few weeks ago, I noticed that the totals were updated much more frequently - every hour or less. Now, it's back to every 6 hours. This isn't so bad except when I get close to the end of my billing period and I'm close to my data plan's usage limit. It would be very helpful to have data usage amounts updated much more frequently as I could: 1) know when to curtail usage if I'm close to my chosen limit, and 2) be able to better associate my activities online to data usage amounts they use. The customer support reps apparently don't have more up-to-date totals than I can access online. Is there any way this can be remedied?
