I am contacting you in regards to the LG g4 June 2015 promo. I purchase the phone app on recommendation and promote products. Per instructions I register this phone within 7days; day 5. Ivan was to email receipt and product coding via email. Of which I did by the fifth day. I have not received promo items within a month and a half of my purchase. I contacted Verizon who told me the products usually are not shipped until the 2nd or 3rd billing cycle. So I waited. Sometime in September I contacted Verizon again to state that I had not received the promo. I was then instructed to contact LG. They provided me with the number of which I called. I spoke to an LG representative who informed me that the promo was over and then I would not be receiving the items. At which point I asked to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor told me in quotation "you need to get over it the promo offer is not available and you will not be getting anything from us, now or in the future. Good luck, Lady"!!! If you choose to be associated with this company based on the conversation I had with them then I may have to choose to no longer do business with Verizon. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I'm just trying to get what was being granted to me based on my purchase of the LG g4. I need direction on how to handle this matter as I am exhausted trying to solve it on my own. Please advise #loyalVERIZONcustomer
