Hi, If my dad buys me a phone through his at&t or tmobile will I be able to connect it to my Verizon account as well as get a sim card through Verizon?
No they will not work for various reasons. Best to get Verizon device or select unbranded devices(iPhone 6/6+ from Apple, Nexus 6).
Not if it is an iPhone 5. It won't work.
