Recently ported phones from a iphone4S (on tmobile) to iphone6 with Verizon. Was previously not having this issue.
Not sure if there was a porting issue, I transferred from a pre-paid plan and no longer have the old phone. Seems to be android users that are the ones not getting through. I tried disabling imessanger but that did not work either.
