I am currently on a smartphone plan with the 45$/mo data plan etc etc on my Omnia I. I was wondering how I would go through the process of "downgrading" to a non smartphone plan, as I seem interested in purchasing a Versa or enV Touch - Would I have to go in-store and talk to a Verizon associate face to face? Or am I able to do so online?
