Phone was working great the night before. Woke up this morning to gray lines and splatter across my screen as if I dropped it when it wasn't
I'm saddened to learn that you're having trouble with your phone and I'm here to help! Has you phone been exposed to any water damaged? Have you attempted to power your phone off/on?

No the phone haven't been exposed to any water nor have the phone been dropped. The phone was working fine the night and hours before leading up to the problem. The gray lines appeared then all of a sudden this small splatter and now what was a small black splatter it has completely covered my entire screen. The guy at verizon told me my LCD crystals was going bad or broken
