can I block pic txt?? tired of the nasty pictures we keep getting

If you would like to block picture messaging you will need to call customer service and have the data network blocked on your phone. But keep in mind if you do this then you won't be able to access any data such as downloads, the mobile web, use back up assistant, vz navigator, etc. . .
