worst phone ever.don't recommend.it to anyone

It will shut down on its. own.it will do. things on its own.and when texting. you have to re read everything cause it types what it wants to.type.Joke.thinking of going to another carrier cause the service is terrible.tst won't give me a month early up grade.in fact I can't use this as a trade in.The big disappointment came when I cashed a $60 Check from Verizon .when I went in to have my phone gives, they told me I cancelled my insurance on the phone.When the check was vuashoedy NYU insurance autonativity got cancelled.Now I'm paying monthly for a phone that doesn't work

To figure out what is going on here, please clear up your initial post by being specific as to the phone you are using and what the problem is or problems are. You seem to have an issue with a device, but also mention something about service.

Ok this is the third attempt at clearing up earlier text.The phone just quits in the middle of whatever I'm going.This is an in going problem got quite done time.I just feel cheated out of a he's phone and a up grade because of a second party Verizon store.When I went in for an exchange they told me that I had cancelled my insurance in the phone,which I did not.then be said did you got a check in the mail for $60 I said yes.and once you cashed the check your insurance automatically cancelled.So them he said itf I had an old Verizon phone you van trade that in.I found an old phone, had it activated and went to trade it in,and the same guy who told Mr about it said no you can't use it,it has to be the original phone you bought almost two years who.So now I'm stuck using this outdated phone that died basically whatever it wants to do.Help me please

I can't speak to how authorized retailers operate their insurance programs. This isn't Verizon's fault, rather it is the fault of the store perhaps. Nonetheless, we still do not know what phone you are using.

Hi it's me again Angry Android.this phone is an older model LG.and it has issues.All I wanted to do was to exchange s phone that I bought from Verizon that was damaged and not working properly.I thought my insurance on the phone would cover the damage.but when he told me I cancelled my insurance.I had no idea cashing a check would cancel my insurance.there where I'm at now on thus outdated do whatever it wants to do phone.I do need some clearing up on why my insurance on the phone add cancelled.I need a working phone!

OK, normal insurance through Verizon is with Asurion. You pay a fee each month on your Verizon bill. Any damages covered by warranty will net you a free refurbished replacement. Any damage NOT covered has a deductible with most smartphones being $150-$200. Sounds to me like you were issued a prorated value of some sort, (like a car battery or car tires based on paid-price and time used) and were sent a check for that amount. Cashing these checks DOES normally satisfy the agreement for the warranty service you used. Instead of them replacing or repairing, they give you money in check form to use for repairs. It's just like car insurance....If you paid a year up front and only used 6 months of it then cancelled, you get that 6 months refunded. Verizon corporate retail stores do not operate this way. In your case, I would recommend a factory reset, as the only other option is paying for a repair or buying a replacement phone.

This phone I'm using now is a older model LG ,The model number on this beast is

LG US410PP.Is there anything you can do to help out an old disabled man?I just want a phone.One that works .I've been with Verizon for two years now.And as far as the service goes,how's this.We recently had a Verizon tower put up about 1 mile from the house,we get terrible service here.They told us we are too close.we fall under the umbrella so to speak.

So that's my luck,a phone with an attitude.and a cell tower too close.
