What does the triangle w/ the exclamation mark inside next to recipient's name? any ideas?
That means it was not sent.

With regard to your 'triangle with exclamation point' post, this is a 'failed' alert. However, the message IS SENT in most cases. This is a bug that we are working on and we apologize for the confusion.
