The only option is to take a screenshot of the device (On Windows Phone 8.1, just press the Power and Volume Up buttons at the same time to take a picture of your screen. These are automatically saved in the Screenshots album in the Photos Hub). Then if you are synching with OneDrive you can go to your PC and print it.
Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows 10 Mobile lack printing from messaging.
