One phone will sync all texts to a laptop while the other phone only syncs new messages. Different laptop but i tried both. Tried everything I can think of.
Lets get these messages synched up. Are these both the same type of phone? Sparrow06, we appreciate your response. Just wanted to clarify, were you saying yes to both being the same model phone? Or the question about removing the phones? Since this issue has been happening, what steps were tried to get this going?(Want to make sure we don’t repeat the same ones if we don’t have to) Also Have you attempted to restart both the phones and the devices that you are syncing with to see if that will help sync all messages?
