when I select files tab in my verizon cloud it says there are 12 but only 3 are shown. How can I access the remaining files?
I understand how important it is to ensure all your files are saved ShooterZ. When did you start experiencing difficulties viewing your files? Have you been able to view all 12 files successfully in the past? Are you getting any certain error message?
