Verizon cloud uploaded my photos several times, and there are so many pic's in my cloud I can't download them. How can I delete duplicates?

Verizon Cloud uploaded my photos several times and now I have thousands of duplicates. I can't even download my photos. I there a program that can detect duplicates to remove them? I can't believe Verizon didn't have a way of only adding new photos and not duplicate them until I have many thousands in the cloud.

I don't know of a program that pinpoints duplicate photos. I would access the cloud via a browser on a desktop/laptop/2 in 1 and start to free up space in your account.
