Money that i payed a year ago for credit check

Hi, last year when i got 2 phones, i had to pay $400 eash, $800 in total since I didn't have enough credit. Verizon said that they would give us back the $800 after a year however I havent received any information about it. What is the solution for this kind of situation?

Your security deposit is reviewed after 12 months. If during that time you have not had a reversed payment or been suspended for non-payment you will have your security deposit applied toward any account balance at the time. You can call customer service if it's been 12 months to see if you qualify for the release of your deposit.
