Blackberry Storm - no internet or email

For the last 24 hours, my internet has not connected and my email has not loaded. This morning I downloaded the upgrade to my computer at home and that hung up in its installation. I also noticed that my phone is not charging completely. I had it connected to my computer with the USB cord all night and the battery is down 1/2 this morning. I left it at home with the plug in charger

What's going on here? If I get the upgrade to install on my computer will I be able to update the phone? Will that correct my non service issues?

That has helped me in the past with email and/or Internet issues. Re: the upgrade, I didn't download the upgrade, I opened the BB desktop Mgr and hooked up my phone and was told the update was available and went from there. I'm not sure what happens to a phone if you unplug it prior to the upgrade being completed, if that's what happened. You may want to start over this evening with the upgrade. If the phone works, just no email or internet, try to get the service books sent via the above web address or VZW support.

PS, to resend the service books you now have to click on the help key on the left hand side of the screen after you log in.

I have tried every combination to log in and it says it will email me my password, but it never does.

Try calling VZW *611 send and ask them to send the service books. I think it can be done from the phone too, but, you have to be able to log in and it seems you can't get the password.
