Try this:
Open your phone and go to menu,
Go to settings and tools and press ok,
Select phone settings and press ok,
Select system select and press ok,
make sure this is on automatic or automatic B not home only
If this doesn't work then you probably have a phone issue and either need to call or take it into a store with a tech.
