Switching from indevidual to family plan online

I am trying to switch from an indevidual connect plan to a family connect plan. online i choose add a line and then it takes me to a page that asks me if i want to change to a family plan. I pick family plan and it pulls up the family plans. Then when I click the connect plan it gives me an error that this page does not exist. Any help?

You may have to call in to CS - or possibly try another browser? Because you are adding lines to an individual plan, it MAY need to be done through customer service.
