You're SOL. The drop most likely broke the display and you'll have to get it repaired or replaced.
the display on the inside since the screen itself is fine, just want to make sure I have the correct bad news.
So the display is working properly somewhat but you are getting vertical blue, white and red lines through lets say the home screen? If that correct there's still a hardware problem from the fall that a factory reset or any software changes would fix. If there's an Apple Store around you is the best place to take it for repair/replacement.
