I purchased a jetpack AC791L this morning. Brought it home, plugged it up, checked about 3 hours later, and it had not charged any at all. Instructions are silent on charging, and I have read them & tried to charge it, but nothing works. Any advice?
Hi Gene-oo, I can imagine how it the disappointment was when you experienced the device not charging up. Let me help you to get it working as I understand how important it is to have a working device. Can you remove the battery and reinserting it to see if this helps?
