Code 265

Trying to download a ringtone and when I go to purchase it the response is Blocking services and Code 265.  Msg is not to intuative.  What services are blocked and how do I unblock them?

Sounds like downloads and ringtone purchases have been blocked - are you on a family plan and the account owner has blocked this?  Do you have a National access block to prevent web access?  Those are two things I can think of at the moment.
