I've only had this phone for 6 weeks. After finding the otterbox I wanted and put it on the phone, I have a vertical green line from the top of the screen to the bottom... Goes away sometimes by putting pressure on bottom of the phone
I went to a Verizon store... They said it is a known issue and ordered me a new phone
Got the same problem also having problems with Google play services
I am having the same issue after only three weeks. They are replacing my phone just hope it doesn't have they same issue.
Lines on your screen can be a pain to deal with, Frftr187. Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps to try and resolve the issue, such as restarting your device, hard reset, factory reset, etc.?

A green line just appeared on my Droid Turbo 2 received in early November. Does Verizon now recognize this as a flaw in the phone?
Acierto,
I know that would concern me just the same. We definitely want your device to be free of any green lines. Since this occurred have there been any changes to the device such as new apps, app updates, software updates or even damage?

Yes they know that it's a known issue...take it back, unfortunately they send you a refurbished phone for your brand new one...
Mine just did the same thing. Put pressure on the bottom of the screen near the line. This makes mine go away temporarily. They are replacing my phone. But didn't have the same phone. I am getting a black leather back now. Not happy bout that.....
I recently discovered a faint green vertical line on the right side of my display. The only thing Verizon will offer me (after speaking to them via chat) is to use my 1 time free replacement. But this is unacceptable to me, because this phone defect is no fault of my own. I have taken very good care of my phone and have never dropped it. What should happen is a free replacement without having to use my other replacement option. I just joined Verizon and paid $650 for this phone and I am not happy.
We always want you to have a properly working phone. It is alarming to see you have had issues with yours. I have gone ahead and sent you a private message to review other options. I look forward to speaking to you there.
