What do i do if my iPhone 6 keeps freezing randomly?

For the past two days, my boyfriend's iPhone 6 has been randomly freezing. It started yesterday morning and just froze. He was able to try a restore by connecting it to his computer, however it didn't work. Please help as this is becoming a rather annoying problem.

the phone is still less than 1 year old and still under Apple's warranty. Take it to an Apple Store or call Apple's customer service. That is your best option.

You are awesome for reaching out about your boyfriends phone, RebeccaHamlin. Let's get him back in action. Did this start after installing new app or update? What is the current version on his phone under Settings>General>About? Does the phone resume normal operation when he restarts it?
