Started iOS 8.4 upgrade on iPhone 5c. It won't complete the update. Tried soft reset and still doesn't complete update. How do I get my iPhone to work again?
That is definitely strange, Skonlady. Here to help get your 5c udpated to 8.4. Are you trying to complete the update via WiFi or iTunes? Does your phone have enough space available for the update? Any specific error messages?
