How do I enable wi-fi calling?

How do I test it?

VZW has to enable it so good luck with that.  Surprisingly the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge gets it first and iPhone early next year, Verizon rolls out Wi-Fi calling this week, but starts slow | PCWorld
