I purchased an iPhone 6 from Verizon when I renewed my contract for two years. I have never burned through this much data in my history as a cell phone user. I usually use under 2 GB but my last two billing cycles I've had to purchase extra data. I'm almost through 3 GB of data and I am a week away from the end of my billing cycle.
I called Verizon support and they gave me a list of things to do to restrict the use of data, all or most of which I implemented. But I have had to resort
to shut ting down my cellular data feature in order to not to go into a 4th GB. This is total nonsense. I did not sign up for another two-year contract so that I could be billed an extra $30 a month.
Does anybody else have this problem and if so what did you do about it?
