Saturday August 15th my family went to Verizon store in St. Cloud Mn and spent 7 1/2 hours trying to switch from our tmobile plan to Verizon. Store tech had major issues getting phones activated. We paid for the tax on iPhone 6 and screen protector and walked out with nothing. Called store tech on Thursday the 20th and still unable to activate and no one seems to have a clue why. We were told to be patient and wait. How long are we supposed to wait and why is there such an issue! It's been 8 days! Has anyone else had issues like this?
